One2Five Methodology

One2Five is based on a ‘Continuous Improvement’ methodology. The One2Five diagnostic itself identifies Critical Management Actions around energy and then helps business develop a personal Improvement Plan. Following the implementation of this Improvement Plan, One2Five is then run again, either within 6 months or 1 year, to measure progress and re-define new energy goals.
