Licensing and Purchasing FAQs

Q: What’s the difference between One2Five Enterprise and One2Five Express?
A: One2Five Express is best suited to organisations with 1-150 employees. It has less questions than One2Five Enterprise and can be run in-house by your own management team. There are helpful case studies and examples for each key element to help you understand how to best answer the questions as you proceed through the diagnostic. A One2Five Express session has a maximum rating of 4 stars, while a One2Five Enterprise session can award up to 5 stars.

Q: How are users counted in One2Five Express plans?
A: Each plan is based on the number of employees and sites that your organisation has. We recommend that you conduct a One2Five session at each of your sites, as this will best help you identify energy saving opportunities.

Q: How do I run a One2Five session?

A:Click here to access the One2Five Session Guide.

Q: Can I see a demo before I buy?
A:Click here to watch a video demo of One2Five Express.

Q: Are there any presentations I can show my team before we get started?

A: When you first enter the session there is an introductory presentation. As part of your welcome pack you’ll also receive a checklist of things to consider/prepare before the session. It’s best to run the session with as many senior managers or energy stakeholders as possible as this means you’ll be more likely to drive engagement in energy management across the business.
